As we move into the new year, we want to take the opportunity to update our patients on our 2022 waiting times and our plans to improve our service. Over the past year, we have implemented several new systems to improve our patient experience and we're pleased to report that we have seen significant success in reducing wait times.
The introduction of telemedicine appointments for some of our services has been a great at allowing patients to receive care remotely from the comfort of their own homes. This has been especially beneficial during the pandemic, as it has allowed us to continue to provide care to our patients while minimizing the risk of exposure to COVID-19. We'll still be exploring new technologies that can help us streamline our processes even further.
